The Robopac Ecoplat Plus FRD is a reliable semi automatic pallet wrapper designed for low to medium-volume use. Ideal for operations wrapping up to 30 pallets per day, it offers a simple and consistent alternative to manual hand wrapping. This model features a manually adjustable FRD film carriage with mechanical brake tension control. The built-in tension release lever allows the operator to attach the film without affecting the tension setting. The index-controlled turntable stops in the same position at the end of each cycle, helping to improve workflow efficiency. A user-friendly LED control panel with jog dial provides access to nine programmable settings, including top and bottom wraps, carriage speed, turntable speed, and manual or eco cycle options. Built-in forklift pockets make the unit easy to relocate, and an IP54 rating offers protection in dusty or industrial environments.
