Description The Optimax PSW001 is an entry-level semi automatic pallet wrapping machine, ideal for businesses looking to move away from manual stretch wrapping. It offers a reliable and user-friendly solution for improving wrap consistency and reducing time spent per pallet. This model uses a spring brake system to control film tension and is compatible with standard machine-grade stretch wrap. The turntable stops in the same position after each cycle, allowing for easier loading and unloading. Soft start and stop functions help ensure a smooth operation, with the option to pause mid-cycle when needed. Operators can select from two simple wrap programs (3 lower wraps with 2 top wraps, or 2 lower wraps with 1 top wrap). With a 75mm low-profile turntable and 1650mm diameter, the PSW001 is suitable for both standard and euro pallets. It runs from a standard 240V socket and is a cost-effective first step into semi automated pallet wrapping.
