The Robopac Robot Master M110 PDS is a mobile pallet wrapping robot designed to handle loads of all shapes and sizes, directly in place. Guided manually using a steering arm, it wraps pallets automatically once positioned, making it ideal for oversized, unstable, or irregular items that are difficult to manage on a turntable. The M110 eliminates the need for a forklift or pallet truck to move pallets into place and can be stored away easily when not in use. It is equipped with a PDS (Powered Dual Stretch) carriage, which uses two motors to stretch the film to 250% before application. This improves load stability, reduces material usage, and ensures consistent wrap tension when used with 250% power pre-stretch film. The M110 PDS is controlled through a 3.5 inch colour display and jog wheel, giving access to 10 adjustable settings and three programmable wrap cycles. It runs on a 24V 110Ah traction battery and is capable of wrapping over 200 pallets per charge. The battery is easily recharged using the built-in charger and a standard 13 amp socket, with no special power supply required.
