The PSW003 comprises a start/stop turntable position and magnetic brake for easy loading and offloading. This, coupled with the 180-degree rotating electronic control panel and built-in weigh-scale system, makes the machine simple to operate and highly effective in fast-paced warehouse environments. Featuring automatic film cut-off and a high-powered pre-stretch carriage capable of extending film up to 300%, the Optimax PSW003 helps reduce pallet wrap usage while improving consistency and wrap quality. With fully programmable wrap settings, a soft wrapping feature to prevent over-tensioning, and a mid-cycle pause function, it delivers reliable results on every pallet wrapped. A top cover pause function is also included, allowing operators to apply pallet covers or waterproof sheeting before the wrap cycle resumes. This machine is compatible with our high-performance pre-stretch film rolls, designed to maximise wrapping efficiency and pallet security.
