Description The Optimax OCS320 is a compact single-phase cardboard shredder that turns used cartons into flexible void fill or protective matting. Ideal for packing benches and small dispatch areas, it helps cut packaging costs and reduce waste by recycling cardboard on-site. With a 320 mm entry width, the OCS320 processes material up to 15 mm thick, based on typical 60–300gsm board and up to five layers. It produces approximately 2–3 cubic metres of void fill per hour, with a consistent feed rate of 12 metres per minute. The machine features a built-in dust extraction outlet, which can be connected to the Optimax SFP100-1K extractor unit to help reduce airborne fibres and maintain a cleaner working environment.
