External heavy boarded covers are in really good condition, some fading of gilt lettering on cover.  Has a heavyweight hinge mechanism with key, originally to allow updates to be inserted. Again good condition, some minor rusting to metal rivets. Inside it is almost as new and has a wealth of information, which would presumably been an essential reference for any garage or mechanic of the time.Exceptionally large and heavy item but with FREE UK shipping. A very rare curio. Fabulous.
