Part One” breaks no new ground (How many times have we seen a massive jailbreak in super–hero comics?), and the issue suffers from Marvel’s modern tendency to draw certain scenes out two or three pages, when they deserve a mere two or three panels. However, the dialogue is realistic (What else would one expect from Brian Michael Bendis?), and the characters look powerfully iconic.
