U-POL Dolphin Glaze Fine Finishing Filler is a premium, technically advanced finishing glaze formulated to eliminate pinholes and surface imperfections before painting. Its self-levelling formulation provides a smooth, ultra-fine finish that requires minimal sanding, ensuring a flawless base for topcoating. Suitable Substrates: Direct to metal Prepared OEM paint surfaces Aluminium Galvanized steel SMC (Sheet Moulding Compound) Fiberglass Lightly abraded E-coat Most plastics Application Guide: Surface Preparation: Clean and degrease the surface. Abrade the surface with appropriate grit paper (P80 for bare steel, P180 for original paint, and P180 for GRP). Re-clean and dry the surface. Mixing: Mix thoroughly on an Onion Board Mixing Palette. Follow the mix ratio carefully. Do not under or over-catalyse. Application: Apply with a pressing action to reduce air entrapment. Drying: Allow to flash off for 10–15 minutes between coats. Sandable at 20°C after 15–20 minutes; at 30°C after 15 minutes. Sanding: Dry sand with P180–P240 for a smooth finish.
