The CastTec Honed Black Granite Hearth combines strength, functionality, and understated elegance. Crafted from premium black granite, its honed (matt) surface resists scratches and chips while providing a subtle, sophisticated look that suits a wide range of interiors. The dark tone pairs beautifully with cast-iron fireplaces, stoves, and a variety of décor styles. Each hearth is 20mm solid granite and sits on a 30mm plinth or riser, giving a total height of 50mm (2″). Custom sizes are available to perfectly fit your fireplace, and if paired with a CastTec mantelpiece, the recommended hearth size will be displayed on the mantel’s product page. For inset solid fuel fires, hearths may need to be cut and re-joined to accommodate expansion, ensuring long-term durability and safety.
