The addition of the mesh top in these Large units allows UVB to be provided; making them also suitable for small geckos, other lizards and frogs. They are built from premium acrylic, with a clar from that allows easy viewing of your animal to ensure it is healthy and behaving normally. The back and sides are made of black acrylic to help your animal feel more secure. The firm plastic is easy to clean and the small holes on all sides of the terrarium along with the mesh lid provide ventilation, reducing stagnant areas which can harbour bacteria; and the holes’ small size prevents escapees.This larger unit measures 200mm x 200mm x 300mm, and comes with a hinged door and mesh lid. The door hinges neatly and is held shut with small magnets for a really secure fit. The added rubber feet help hold the unit in place and prevent it from becoming scratched. The addition of the mesh lid allows for UVB to be provided, making it suitable housing for small reptiles; such as growing on baby Crested Geckos, or as permanent housing for very small species of reptile or amphibian.
