This DANGER safety tag is used to inform and warn personnel before using equipment, machinery and/or process equipment. They feature the universal red, white and back DANGER logo and the warning text ‘DO NOT OPERATE THIS EQUIPMENT / SWITCH / VALVE’ on a red and white diagonally striped background. Warning tags are also used to control and monitor equipment maintenance and throughout production cycles.
