What’s impressive is the precise electronic temperature control, which guarantees a maximum deviation of only /- 0.5°C. This ensures that vitamins, nutrients, and flavors are preserved and that the food is cooked to perfection. The LED multifunction display not only shows the selected and current temperature but also the timer. The operation is done through the sensor touch control panel, and the temperature can be set in 0.5°C increments from 40°C to 90°C. With a water circulation rate of 7-8 L/min and the ability to use all heat-resistant vessels from approximately 15 cm in height, the device is extremely flexible. In addition to the sous vide function, it also offers yogurt, warming, and defrosting functions. The integrated mounting clamp ensures a secure attachment of the sous vide stick to a container, and the automatic shut-off feature provides safe use in case of low water levels.
