Stock Availability

All products are subject to stock availability. We will notify you if any goods ordered become out of stock and we will aim to fulfil the order as soon as possible. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

Title of Goods

The title of the goods will remain with us until all payments due in respect of the goods are fulfilled.

Order Processing

All orders will be processed subject to cleared funds, and in a timely manner. We reserve the right to refuse or restrict any orders.

Guarantees/Warranty

Certain products will have manufacturer warranties and guarantees. These warranties and guarantees are between the customer and the manufacturer. Should the need arise to claim on a guarantee or warranty we will assist you in contacting the relevant company.

Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied and Damaged Goods

If any goods are incorrectly supplied, faulty or damaged please bring this to our attention as soon as possible and within 14 days from receipt of the order. We will then be able to assess the problem and arrange a refund or replacement of the goods.

Returns

In the event of needing to return any items, they must be returned in brand new and unopened condition within 14 days from receipt of the order.

Refunds

Upon receipt of any returns, we will check and inspect the goods. If they match our returns criteria, a refund will be processed via the same payment method as the goods were originally paid for.

If you have any complaints, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone and we will handle the complaint in a fair and effective manner, and endeavour to resolve any dispute.

We make every effort to supply products and goods as advertised but reserve the right to vary actual dimensions and specifications without prior notice. If we cannot supply the goods ordered by the Customer, we reserve the right to supply goods of equal or superior quality at no extra cost. You will be notified by email if this situation arises.
